Therapeutic Massage - Adult or Teen (13+)*

The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body. All modalities available for free. If the client is a minor the use of the modality is with parental and adolescent consent.


*Teens (13 years old through 17 years old) must have a parent present during the massage at all times.*


Cost per session

30 minutes $60

45 minutes - $86

60 minutes - $110

90 minutes - $155

120 minutes - $220

Prenatal Massage

The goal of a prenatal massage is a special type of massage that is beneficial to mother and baby. It helps the mother-to-be feel more relaxed and eases the aches and pains associated with pregnancy. It also increases the blood flow to her heart. As with the therapeutic massage, it is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body. This service does not include cupping or deep tissue, which is contraindicated for pregnancy. 


Cost per session

60 minutes - $110

90 minutes - $155

120 minutes - $220 

Reflexology

This is a Reflexology massage which incorporates both reflexology and massage during the session. 30 and 45 minute sessions focus on reflexology. 60 minute is a mix of reflexology and massage. You pick either hands or feet. The therapist will work to make you feel better and more relaxed.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is a therapeutic technique that combines traditional massage with the use of smooth, heated stones. The warmth helps relax muscles, improve circulation, and reduce tension, making it ideal for relieving stress, easing pain, and promoting deep relaxation and well-being.

Kinesology Taping

 Positional release techniques are considered gentle and are often used when traditional manual therapies may be too painful or inappropriate. These techniques aim to reset the neuromuscular system and promote a more balanced and pain-free state. They are commonly employed in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, including muscle spasms, joint pain, and restricted range of motion.

Sugar Scrubs

This is a massage modality that is used during a therapeutic or Swedish massage session that helps to loosen the connective tissue around your muscles promoting the muscles to relax. This can be incorporated into the therapeutic massage session. Just mention it at the beginning of the session.

Cupping

 Cupping is an ancient therapy where glass, plastic, or silicone cups are placed on the skin to create suction. This suction improves blood flow, relieves muscle tension, and promotes healing. Cupping is often used for pain relief, inflammation reduction, and relaxation, sometimes leaving temporary circular marks on the skin.

Gua Sha

 Gua sha is a traditional Chinese healing technique that involves using a smooth tool to scrape the skin, promoting blood flow and reducing tension. It’s used to relieve muscle pain, stiffness, and inflammation. The technique may leave temporary marks, which signify increased circulation and typically fade quickly.

Headache and Migraine

This is a massage modality that helps to reduce headaches and migraines - even during a heavy-duty migraine. Usually a 30 minutes  is needed. Text to see if same-day appointments are available or it can be incorporated into the therapeutic massage session. Just mention it at the beginning of the session.

Cupping

TMJ Release
