Qi gong with Patrick
Qi gong is an ancient branch of Chinese medicine that roughly translates to “energy work.” Slow, gentle movements synchronized with the breath are used to relax the body and mind, open energy channels in the body, build energy, and improve overall health. Qi gong offers a holistic approach to reducing stress and anxiety by integrating movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. These simple movements are especially effective for managing chronic pain. You will feel energized and relaxed at the same time.
Yoga with Lauren
Yoga with Lauren is a mixed-level, accessible yoga class focused on supporting nervous system regulation, mobility, and overall wellbeing. This class blends gentle, mindful movement with breathwork and moments of rest to help participants release tension, build resilience, and reconnect with their bodies in a safe and supportive way.
