Massage is more than just for relaxing. It can be a great way to relieve chronic pain, stiffness, and of course, it can release stress.
Everyone has energy all around them. If this energy becomes blocked or is not flowing freely, the person can feel pain, stress, anxiety, and more. By balancing the energy flow and removing attachments and blockages, the energy is restored and healing can take place.
