New Service Available starting December 2019 Meditation Massage

Meditation has long been known as a way to balance and recharge a body's energy. The effects of meditation include relaxation, renewed energy, and calmness. When meditation is combined with massage, the effects are increased dramatically. The sessions are 75 minutes long: 10 minute guided meditation before the massage, 60 minute massage with guided meditation, and then 5 minutes to complete the meditation at the end of the massage. Not only will you feel relaxed, but your energy will be balanced and recharged without the jitters of coffee. 


For December and January, I will be offering the new service at an introductory price of $60.  Call me or send a message to book your appointment before it goes live in December 2019.

Fall is upon us!

In the Fall, many of us let ourselves go. We bundle up and get our "winter body" that we have to restore quickly in the Spring, or so we say. But why do we do that? Why do we stop going to the gym or stop worrying about our physical bodies during the Fall and Winter months? It is also during these times that many people experience Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D) and severe depression. A little self-care through a variety of avenues, such as massage, meditation, aromatherapy, and life coaching, can stave off many of the symptoms associate with S.A.D. and depression, and can help keep us healthier in the colder months. Taking care yourself by continuing your self-care routine throughout the year will make that Spring restoration much easier if needed at all. Self-care is easy and always makes you feel better.
