Usui Shiki Reiki Ryoho Level 1
This Reiki Level 1 class Is currently an in-person class only. It can be a one-on-one class but may also be offered in a group setting. Reiki Level 1 teaches the history of Reiki - specifically Usui Shiki Reiki Ryoho Healing. Level 1 is self-healing and is not used on others. You will recieve the basic training, hand positions, and attunement during this class that allows you to work on yourself. You must have completed this class and have practiced for at least 6 months before scheduling Reiki Level 2
DIY Sugar Scrub and Espom Salt Bath Soak.
Participants in the DIY WinterSugar Scrubs and Bath Soaks class will craft warm sugar scrubs and relaxing bath soaks, featuring the delightful essential oil blends of "Mulled Wine," "Ginger Snap," or "Cold Nights." In person attendees will not only leave with their custom creations (essential oil blend, bath salt soak, and sugar scrub valued at $50) but will also acquire valuable knowledge about essential oils and herbs, enhancing their understanding of the products' therapeutic benefits for future enjoyment. The cost includes class + materials for in-person attendees. For those attending the live stream, you will be emailed the list of ingredients prior to the class with a link to purchase the essential oil blend should you want to use ours.
