Are you in pain?

Whether an ever day occurrence or only on occasion, pain is debilitating and keeps you from doing things you love to do. It comes in many forms: migraines, joint pain, back pain, leg pain, and so on. Pain is pain and it stops us in our tracks or we just decide that is how it is and muscle our way through the pain - if we can. 


We often go to see a doctor or chiropractor to find out why we are in pain and how we can fix it. They give us medications, perform adjustments, and sometimes send us to physical therapy. These are all great, but are not all long term options.

In today's world, stress is synonymous with normal everyday life.  Yuck. We think that stress is what is to be expected as an adult. 


Well, it's not!


No one should have stress while at work and home. Some people mainly have stress at work; others have it mainly at home. Worse yet, some have it in high amounts at both work and home...there is never a let up.  Where do you fit in? 


Also if you have pain, some of that (or all of it) can be from stress. Pain is a physical symptom of too much stress!

Individualized plans to help balance all aspects of a person's life. These plans are interactive in that there is work to be done between sessions. Services included in these plans are massage therapy, Reiki, meditation, and balance life coaching. This can be used in conjunction with pain management plans for maximum benefit.

Individual Services

Aromatherapy

Have an individualized consultation to find your signature scent. Essential oils can be used to energize, relax, and so much more. There are 2 consultation options - basic or advanced. 

Massage Therapy

Massage can be for relaxation and stress reduction, or maintaining heath. Enjoying a 60 or 90 minute massage can give your batteries the recharge needed.   Even when pregnant, a 60 minute massage is phenomenal. Add aromatherapy or reiki for an extra boost. 

Pain Management Therapies

Trigger Point and Muscle Energy therapies help increase range of motion and reduce pain. These are used mainly in pain management but are at times used in regular massage therapy sessions. When used for pain management, these services work best in multiple sessions. 

Reiki & Energy Work

Our bodies are not just  physical matter; we are energy as well. When our energy becomes unbalanced, we can sometimes feel it as stress or pain. Keeping our energy balanced is important.  Having several reiki sessions can balance your energy and occasional session thereafter can keep you balanced. 

Meditation

Meditation is becoming more popular for relaxation and stress reduction. Learning how to meditate is not as hard as people think or many you would rather meditate with others in a group. One-on-one sessions and group sessions are available. 

Balanced Life Coaching

Many people want to balance their work and personal lives. There are many tools used to help teach a person to have a more balanced life by keeping work and personal life separate and with reduced stress.
